Q What are your operating hours?
We're open from 7 AM to 9 PM, Monday through Saturday. Sunday daycare is available on request for working parents who need weekend support.
Q How do you handle meals and snacks?
We provide nutritionist-approved meals prepared in our in-house kitchen. All meals are freshly made with balanced nutrition. We accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies with advance notice.
Q What safety measures do you have in place?
Our centers feature CCTV monitoring, secure entry systems, trained staff with first aid certification, strict pick-up policies, and regular safety drills. All equipment is age-appropriate and regularly inspected.
Q What is your teacher-to-child ratio?
We maintain low ratios to ensure quality care: 1:3 for infants, 1:5 for toddlers, 1:8 for preschoolers, and 1:12 for school-age children. This ensures each child receives proper attention and care.
Q How do you handle discipline?
We use positive guidance techniques that respect children's dignity. We focus on teaching appropriate behavior, using redirection, positive reinforcement, and natural consequences rather than punishment.
Q What if my child is sick?
Children with contagious illnesses should stay home. We have clear health policies to protect all children. If a child becomes ill during the day, we'll contact you immediately and provide comfortable isolation until pickup.
